Youth Conditioning Clinic

Diamondhead Spartans will be hosting a free Conditioning Clinic on Tuesdays and Thursdays through August 3rd between 6PM til 7PM at the Spartan Battle Arena on Noma Drive.

No Registration Required! The clinics are open to any child ages 5-12.

Traditionally, we would like to informally begin the season by getting the kids back in shape and acclimated to the heat. These clinics consist of a group warmups and stretching, followed by a variety of fun agility drills and races.

Participants should wear appropriate athletic attire for the weather (shorts and tshirts). Cleats are encouraged, but not required.

Please ensure your child comes with plenty of water!
