Volunteers

Diamondhead Spartans Youth Football and Cheerleading is seeking Booster Club Board Members and Volunteers. The purpose of The Spartans Booster Club is to support and promote all formal sport activities of Diamondhead Youth Athletic Association programs; to encourage and recognize high scholastic achievement, sportsmanship and character; to contribute to the morale, spirit and enthusiasm of the youth participants, parent body and the community; and provide a vehicle for positive involvement by the community with Diamondhead Spartans Youth Football.

We believe all people like to help and support our youth, but we also understand different people like to provide support in different ways because of their own preference or life circumstances.  We would like to offer everyone an opportunity to participate in a manner that best suits each volunteer. This is important because the back-bone of the Booster Club is our volunteers. Without volunteers, we can provide nothing for the youth.

 

Volunteer Areas:

• Fundraising
• Concessions (Home Games, and possibly practices)
• Gate Management (Home Games Only)
• Chain Gang (Home Games Only)
• Events Coordination
